Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery:

Delivery £4.50 – Orders are posted via ROYAL MAIL tracked and Signed For service.

Estimated delivery up to 5 working days.

Collect In Store – Items will be ready three working days after order or if you are contacted by phone or email sooner, please bring your order confirmation number.

European £15 – Will arrive within 7-10 working days.

International £15 – Will arrive within 10-14 working days.

Returns Policy:

Exchange only or credit note within 14 days. Credit note only last for 6 months from date issued.

We hope that you are happy with your purchases from 2Dam Glam Boutique , however if this is not the case, we will exchange any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of us receiving your returns. When returning items to us, please place your returned goods without removing any labels or tags in a sealed bag with the returns form filled in with the relevant information.

Re-pack the item in sealed bag with labels and tags still attached.

Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting. As any missing parcel is your responsibility. We advise our customers to use a tracked service to return any parcels as we will not be held liable for missing items.

Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.
