Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery:

Delivery £4.50
– Orders are posted via ROYAL MAIL tracked and Signed For service.

Estimated delivery up to 5 working days.

Collect In Store – Items will be ready Three working days after order or if you are contacted by phone or email sooner, please bring your order confirmation number.

European £15 – Will arrive within 7-10 working days.

International £15 – Will arrive within 10-14 working days.

Returns Policy:
Returns must reach us no later than 7 working days from the date you receive the item we will not accept returns after this time has passed.

Please note before making a purchase that any item returned will take up to 7 working days to be refunded back to you.

All parcels returned to sender due to the customer entering an invalid/incomplete address the customer will incur the charge of the original postage plus the cost of postage to return the item back to us.

Please note All Sale items are non-returnable.
Please note all returns will incur a £1 transaction fee. This is an administrative fee and will be deducted from the total amount you are refunded.

We hope that you are happy with your purchases from 2Dam Glam Boutique , however if this is not the case, we will refund any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 7 days of us receiving your returns. When returning items to us, please place your returned goods without removing any labels or tags in a sealed bag with the returns form filled in with the relevant information.

Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting. As any missing parcel is your responsibility. We advise our customers to use a tracked service to return any parcels as we will not be held liable for missing items.

Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.

Once your return is received it will take up to 7 working days to refund your account you will receive an email stating your account has been credited. Please note we do not cover any shipping cost this cost is met by the customer when we receive a return the amount refunded is for the item(s) returned minus the £1.00 admin fee.
